Purchased their product several years ago. It did not help my child. I called after realized the product was not going to work for us and spoke with Steve, the manager, and he told me to hold on to it for 6 months. Well, it got buried under some stuff for 3 yrs. I returned it back to Starchild Labs only to never receive a response that they had received the package (sent it USPS with tracking number). I called 20 days after they have received the package only to be told that they would not issue a refund because they do not keep records for 4 years and they were "sorry" that had not contacted me, but had been on vacation. Well the IRS won't like that very much, should have at least 7-10 years of records. They said they would send me back their product and I said you could throw it in the trash. What a crappy company. Will also tell other parents who have bedwetting child to NEVER purchase from them ever.
