Run away, do not walk away, run away.
I met with Mr. Kamph he lied to my face telling me he would handle my case personally, he did not. She DID NOT bring up case law during the hearings and my award was total crap. So they said they were going to appeal the decision, my so-called new Lawyer wrote a wonderful appeal letter explaining all the case law that was NOT brought up at the hearings, HOWEVER she or they did not file it on time, they submitted it way to late per the deadlines for appeals, therefore the whole thing was thrown out due to their total incompetence and I will suffer as I will not receive payments due to lack of income now, and so much more.
As far as my award of crap, I was paid less then 1/2 of what the award was, and many months later NO ONE at this firm can tell me why?
To recap, the Lawyer was lousy at best, the appeal was thrown out due to NOT submitting it on time, my payment was less than 1/2 of the award and NO ONE knows why many months later.

I would never recommend this firm to anyone, with a 3 year battle after I seriously got injured and sat on their butts and did very little for me. I wish I would have changed attorney firms along time ago. If you want you're are to get stretched out as long as possible then this is the firm for you. All they care about is getting their money and regardless the will get something out of the little they get you. Everyone in the office is rude and nasty, Attorney Stewart talks to you like your an idiot and never let's you speak. Like I said if you want a Crapo firm then this firm is the best for that. They will not fight for you.

The staff and attorneys here are very rude. They do not communicate to you at all and do not return calls. I was called stupid by my attorney for asking questions (needless to say I fired them and found a new firm). I requested a new attorney withing the firm and a new case manager but it didn't help. I would not recommend them to anyone.
