        Overall

        Had an appointment and made me wait two hours for it. Went in for a Basic oil change and started making up excuses about why they couldn't get it done faster. San Marcos location took less than 30 minutes on it and since I had an appointment they made sure they put my car was in the shop regardless of prior walkins. Will never go to this location again in San Antonio again.
