        Great Service

        Had alot of family come in at the last min and needed food fast. I called this locaiton about 15 min before closing to see if they would take my order. Surprise they did and when I got home everything was still good and did not taste like end of day food.

        In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Bill Miller Bar-B-Q believes in providing a good quality product over and beyond what is expected. Celebrating 70 years of our family serving yours!
