Access Transmission

Took my truck here and was told it would be a couple of days and that they would give me a diagnostic. Two weeks later my father sees my truck pulling into HEB thinking it's me but come to find out it's in employee with a access transmission t shirt driving my vehicle. He then witnesses the employee go into HEB to do his personal grocery shopping. My father then contacted me to let me know that they were using my vehicle as their own personal shop truck. When I tried to talk to the owner he just ran and hid in his office from me.

I will totally have to agree the the review above !! Our experience has been a nightmare as well took my sons mustang there to have transmission rebuilt for 2,000 got it back and 3 months later it broke took it back and they rebuilt it again for 2 time but when they were test driving it it blew again yes that's 3 times!! After almost taking 3 weeks to redo I asked why it was taking so long they said they wanted to do it right my response was you didn't want to do it right the other 3 times?? So 8 months my sons transmission is out yes again and of course now it's out of warranty cause each time they did it the warrantee didn't start over so my sons car is out of commission and we got screwed.... Run

I have taken my 2000 Mada 626 to this shop numerious times and every time my transmission issues never get resolved. I even purchased the Lifetime warranty package and still nothing.
