We have late model taxis and minivans available from SLC International Airport to all ski areas. These new sedans and minivans are equipped with ski racks and can accommodate up to 4 passengers. Rates are the same for return trips. We also offer transportation to the many sites and restaurants in the area. Please call us for current rates. See our listed rates and compare with the other transportation services. We do not share rides. The transportation provided is for your party only. Pick up procedures Getting picked up by Yellow Cab is so easy! When you arrive at SLC International Airport and have picked up your bags, please go to the Cab Starter on the curb of your terminal. If no Starter is available, please call us at 801-521-2100. Also, please turn on your cell phone so we can contact you if needed. After calling, please meet us at the terminal cab stand. That's what Yellow Cab calls service!

Overall

I have had some good drivers from Yellow Cab but overall, the drivers have been very poor. Many of them do not know the area and I practically have to tell them turn by turn how to find my place. And I often go to the same place and the good drivers take the shortest route and the poor drivers always take the long way. What they do not understand is that I tip good for the drivers who go the shortest way and I tip very bad for the drivers who go the long way.

Yellow cab is a very poor cab company. Believe me you do not want to use them. They said a cab would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later because no cab. They said they are trying to find a cab. Yea right. The women really did not care about getting me a cab. She was rude to me on the phone. I was very nice to her and she really had attitude. I eventually had to ask my boss for a ride to my hotel. Don't call yellow. Call the small companies and give them your business. Yellow does not respect any customers.

Sucks!!!

Wtf!! I called to get information the guy gets mad because my number is blocked! Why do u need to see my number? He start to question who I am and asking me why my number is blocked and wondering if I'm a detective? Wtf! All I wanted was service. I will NEVER call this place again!!

Wow the cite says they have a AAA discount but the lady i just talked to said she has been their for 4 years and they do not!!! So this needs to be fixed. P.s the lady was so RUDE!!!!!!!!

If I could, I would give this company NO stars. I can't even count the number of times I have been stranded by this company. I can't see well enough to drive. I have two kids. I have had to use this company to get to Dr.s appointments and different things for my kids. I have also tried to use the company to just take my kids to do something fun. I once was stranded at a KFC with two kids for three hours. They actually never did pick me up, I had to call a friend.



Here's how I have been doing it, just to let you know how irresponsible this company is. I have been calling in advance to set up a pick up time, to make sure the cab can be there with plenty of time to get me where I am going. In fact, I usually build in about fifteen minutes, so they can be late if they can't find my house or something. I usually call AT LEAST five hours in advance to set up the pick up time. Only twice have I ACTUALLY been picked up at the time I requested.



Yesterday, I had to take my boys to the doctor. I was supposed to be there at 2:00. The doctor is about a ten minute drive away. I asked for a cab to pick us up at 1:30. At 1:45, I called to ask when my cab would be coming. This is what I heard. "We're trying to find a cab in that area to come and get you." EXCUSE ME?!?!?!?! I requested this cab FOUR HOURS ago. Shouldn't there BE a cab in my area? Shouldn't there be a cab in my DRIVEWAY!?!?!!? So, i had to cancel BOTH doctors' appointments, one of them got marked as a "no show" which I thankfully wasn't charged for, and had to reschedule, which means I have to wait another TWO AND A HALF WEEKS for my kids to see their doctor.



That is not the first time they have done this to me, but it will be the last. The moral of the story: Use anyone but Yellow cab, unless you don't care if you get stuck at home when you should not be.
