I hate American Home Shield and all companies they work with. Everyone of them are unproffessional and dont know what they are doing. I have been without air for 2 weeks now. The unit is shot and AHS keeps sending companies out to see if it can be fixed. As they dont want to replace it with a new unit. AHS makes you feel as if your are the bad one and yet WE hired them to work for us! Absolute promised between 10 and 2 well its almost 4 pm and no once has showed up. I couldve been out of my house all day in a place with AC. Yet I am stuck here waiting in my house temp inside 100 such jerks

Had what we thought was major issue with our A/C but Ernie checked everything. It was condensation from the condensate line which was plugged up. Plus we had filter in wrong place. Ernie checked everything, showed me how to install the filter and checked our Freon. The lady that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was wonderful, too! She made me feel better about our issue and seems to know a lot about A/Cs as well. Thank you!

I've had Ernie from Absolute Heating and Cooling come out twice through American Home Shield. He is great, really knows what he is doing and I got prompt and efficient service.

I called absolute to work on my air conditioning and got great service! They were prompt and very professional. I will continue business with them and have no problem recommending them to others. Their prices can't be beat!

The company is incompetent. We had to wait a whole week due to their business hours falling on our work schedule for a service. Once the service worker came out, he didn't have a ladder longer enough to get on the roof to perform a service. With 100 degrees outside and no working A/C we have to wait another week to get another worker out to this location. And would they send someone with a long enough ladder next time? Additionally, when called the office, instead of listening to the problem, the service representative instigated the conversation, acting like it is normal to come to a job not prepared. Stay away from them, they are extremely unprofessional and incompetent.

We have an old A/.C unit that we warranty through American Home Shield. The first time these guys were sent, the lady who called was rude when I was asking when I could schedule the service rep as my wife and I work 9-6 and they don't work past 4PM. The guy came out on a Saturday and it was fixed for a while then it stopped working agaion. The second time I knew to set it for a Saturday. Waited the week and a different guy came outand didn't have a ladder to get to the roof where the condinser was. I was told that I would have to try t call into work late and have them come out early in the morning on a weekday.When my wife called in to complain, again the lady on the phone was rude and acted as if she couldn't understand her. Then the lady hung up on her. When she called back again, she was told not to call back again.I work for a small business and we do almost everything we can to satisfy the customer unless they are being extremley unreasonable. Here in Tucson, wanting to make sure your A/C is working properly during the hot summer months here (100+) is not unreasonable. Wanting to have a company come out and be able to properly do their jobs, as well is not unreasonable.

They came up 2 times knew what part it needed and could not repair the heat pump. The 3rd time they again could not fix the problem.....ended up calling someone else..
