My best friend and I went to dinner here with her dad and his friend when I was younger. We got ribs, coleslaw, and garlic fries and shared the plate because there was so much. We fought over the garlic fries, going as far as me eating them straight out of HER hand (mind you I was only 10, and we were fighting lovingly, joking around). We completely devoured the entire plate. Her father was quite shocked at how much 2 little girls could eat. It was amazing! I remember the taste of the ribs! The best I'd ever had. The coleslaw was great, and as I said, the fries so amazing we fought over them! But that goes for you who love garlic. I will definitely go to this restaurant again, soon!
We've eaten at the bar a lot. And the patio. Always great drinks. Happy hour food menu is good. But this last visit we sat in the bar at one of the tables. We waited 10 mins no server. Had to ask reception gal for a server. Once she showed up we placed our cocktail order. Long wait & one drink was not a Top shelf Margarinta. My husband took the drink to the bartender & he said it was. He's made them for us b4. He wouldn't make another. Food was great but she never came bk to ask how our food was. Again had to ask Reception gal for a different server. Enough said. Just one bad experience over 10 times there
Got beef? Well they sure do! I have yet to have a bad meal here and the service is top notch. The appetizers are seasonal, but if you go while they are still offering the stuff mushrooms then they are a must have! I have gotten different cuts of meat, but actually there stand out item for me was the Chilean sea bass. If you need a great steak house, nice atmosphere and want a chance to check out the progress of the new King's arena, head to Morton's!
