Romeos Restaurant

The Service is good, food on rating of 1-10....71/2....but, on a recent visit......Witnessed.....the Owners's Relative ...berating...ranting loudly a Hostess, who was...very young....while my husband and I and other patrons were eating dinner.....she came out from the kitchen, sprinting toward the front of the restaurant , while hollering her unprofessional manner was ridiculous, she needs anger management and diversity training, I spoke to our server, who said she does this all the time to all the employee's . Really,...........This is bullying in the workplace, and also, harassment in front of your customers.....????? If she had some issue with any employee, it should be done in a professional manner in a area away from the patrons. I called the restaurant when I left, of course I got her, She denied the incident, I was stunned, I said I witnessed this, and thought her behavior and conduct was very very unacceptable, she kept denying it......That disgusted me even more.......I am not going to return due to her behavior as I don't care to patronize a business, who has unprofessional people, relative or no relative.....To bad because her staff really are very nice and helpful. I asked her more than once to speak to the owner, she kept saying he/she wasn't there, When I was leaving the restaurant I saw the owner, but, decided to call instead of discussing this in the restaurant, and I also , did not want to upset my husband who is Disabled. I may try to contact the owner again today, but, think this person named "Lisa", the owner's relative has threatened her staff not to talk to anyone, her actions spoke louder than words. And as I was leaving a few of her staff acknowledged her treatment to all who work there... .I hope this gets some attention, I have never in all my born years witnessed this kind of behavior in any restaurant. I certainly hope the owner takes steps to stop this, she doesn't know how to treat people in a respectful manner , I don't care how mad she was, why did we have to hear or witness this...????? Never again......and I plan on letting my family and friends know of this person's behavior......
