We had the best experience at this store. If you have any questions Kyle is the man. He just started but you wouldn’t know it by the knowledge he had. He was very polite and didn’t hover over us, and just made sure we absolutely loved our new living room set before we made our purchase.

Julia, the sales rep was super friendly and helpful! Top notch experience all around, would definitely recommend!

Up until our last delivery I could have given Ashley's a great review but this was the delivery from hell. The first piece of furniture they brought in the knocked off our brand new 42 inch flat screen TV leaving us with no TV for 21 days while they had to process us a check then we called and asked that they pick up the recliner as it would not fit they said they would call the truck and send them back for it. They never sent the truck back and now we have had this recliner for over a month and just found out we are once again not on the pick up list. Was going to trade recliner for a table now i am not going to buy the table and am going to take the chair back to them in reno and tell them where they can put it and all the other stuff they have to sale. I am no loner going to be buying anything from them

These people just want your money & don't have any manners in helping people!!

This store just want to get your money and they cannot keep on their promised delivery date!!! We waited for more than a month for our furnitures, then they called us that we need to wait for another 3 weeks!!! Well, we are just hoping and will wait on that date... This store sucks!!! They deceived people!!! They don't deserve to be called Store because what they're selling really don't exist!!!
