Super Steak and Lemon Ade

Today I ordered wings five plain and 5 buffalo because I don't and can't eat sauce on my food. Get the order it's wrong!!! Call back to state the problem was treated rudely and I could barley understand the guy. He had a very nasty tone saying you ordered 5 hot 5 reg who said bbq was reg he stereotyping my order not all black ppl eat sauces on their food!!! I will also contact the owner to let them know their rude employees and all the mis haps on orders may be the reason for their 1 star rating! Funny thing I read an earlier complaint about the same thing and ordered anyway because an old job ordered there all the time! Never again and I'm warning all my Facebook friends!

One star too many. My sister was over n offered to order take-out saying that this place was great. I will never get to experience that. I called and asked if they had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The lady said yes and explained to me what was on it, at my request. Then there was another sandwich similar but didn't have mushroom, and peppers. I chose the first. My sister ordered a gyro sandwich and a great potato with steak. She had ordered this many times before. The order arrived and my Philly had lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it. Didn't hardly look like a phillycheese steak. The potato was dry had hardly any steak or cheese on it. I called to tell them it was wrong. Well I thought because Phillies dnt typically have mayo lettuce and tomato. The girl, Fabby got defensive right away. Not really making anything clear besides "she wrote it down right" then I tried to explain to her how the potato looked dry and my sister said it wasn't up to par. Well she just kept asking what I wanted.... As if it wasn't clear I just wanted our order, correctly. I handed the phone to my sister since she had ordered before maybe she knew how to explain better..... The girl insisted to my sis that her poTato didn't come with cheese. Which it did we called the northside store to confirm. I felt like she thought we were trying to just get extra food or something. She was so rude. I even went there to give them the food back and to speak with Someone. I walked in and you could see on her face that she was really the one with the attitude. I spoke with Another employee and she was very friendly. Really the sandwich was fine but I didn't know they all came with the condiments. The girl flabby didn't say that it did either. I told them I didn't wAnt them to waste anymore food since they had already remade the sandwich again and with the let,Tom, and mayo. But I did say that I felt like she was speaking down to us. Before I could even finish my sentence she butted in with"I felt like you had an attitude". I kindly told her we didn't mean any disrespect. No apology, no smile no nothing. She rolled her eyes and changed direction. It was fairly busy. But if u can't take the heat get out of the kitchen Fabby. Nobody wants to give someone their money and receive attitude or disrespect in return. We didn't eat the food. And I will never order from there again. I will however make sure the owner knows about this situation.
