This place was awful, this was our first time eating there and the food was cold, some of it tasted slightly stale like it had been sitting out for a WHILE!!!! I had a salad thinking it would be safe, but I had to dig through ice to get the lettuce (i'm all for keeping food fresh, but that was rediculous) most of the lettuce was a brown color, the brocolli had lots of brown spots, the entire salad just tasted very watered down. Our son spilt his drink on the floor, and none of the waitresses came over to help clean up, even after we asked them for help, they just asked if our son wanted a refill, and then went back to standing against the wall, we paid $42 for 3 small children and 2 adults and I can't decided which one I am more upset about, the horrible food, or the fact that I paid $42 for the horrible food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I will be eating there again.
if you are a seafood lover you may like it BUT the food is COLD! Besides being disgusted that 80% of the buffet is seafood, the non-seafood that I tried was ice cold. I mentioned ot the manager about it, and his response, "Take from the bottom" I mentioned about the ham being ICE COLD, his response, "you must cut from the bottom." I thought food had to be kept at 140-165 degrees F. The floors were very dirty and sticky- should have been a red flag to leave especially when it was only five minutes after opening. SO, we paid $23 for Gail to eat two small plates of food and for me to eat 1 cup of rice, 2 string beans (literally), and one small bite of a fatty ham. I would be leary of eating at this place! Perhaps others may have a more positive experience.
