TGI Fridays

So I wish i could give this place negative stars. Im sorry but i work at a fine dining establishment and this Fridays should not even be classified as a restaurant. FIRST I was told the wait was 20-30 min i was there a hour PLEASE TELL PEOPLE ITS LONGER THAN SHORTER so when we do wait longer we are not upset. SECOND my food was cold and it wasn't even what i ordered. THIRD i wanted to sit at a table no one was at and the host wouldn't sit me there even though the table was clean. Its restaurant policy to sit me were i ask. Just saying. FOURTH Mr. Dave P you are possibly the worst manager i have ever seen. EVER. You were straight up RUDE to a customer IN FRONT of other customers. I was shocked when i found out this kid was General Manager what a clown, and lack of management. Why is a child running this place? The best part of the entire night was leaving. The host at the door was so polite and she even apologized to us. She had been standing there all night taking names for angry customers and she seemed so happy to do so. The free cake was also good. Have a happy birthday Fridays it was awful.
