O'Charley's

During our last visit to this location we were very disappointed with the service, food quality, and condition of the dining area.
We arrived at 12:30 during lunch and the first impression should have caused us to dine elsewhere. There was only 4 tables of guest dining in the location.
Ordered club sandwich, house salad, and soup. Salad was warm, soup cold, and sandwich dry and lacking flavor. But worst of all was the mold all along the windows and ceiling..
Will not return to this location..

Great American food, excellent service, and a nice environment to relax with loved ones.

When ever my family and I want a place that has a relaxed environment, we think O'Charley's. We always get J.R. because she is the best and I LOVE LOVE LOVE HER. She is fantastic and if she ever left then so would my business. I really hope she stays there forever lol the only down fall is since the new GM took over I just dont like his attitude and the way he treats not only his employees but his customers. If it was for J.R. then I wouldn't come back because of him. I hope O'Charley's rethinks his position and soon.

Eating at O'Charley's was an awesome experience, the staff was well versed with different types of personalities and extremely friendly, polite, and quick. The drinks were outstanding, my husband and I had Made From Scratch Strawberry Lemonades, excellent flavor and unlimited refills we were very pleased with them. Steve had the Prime Rib Pasta, which he loved so much he ordered another to go, I ordered a signature Louisiana Sirlion made to order medium rare with a loaded baked potatoe. I can not express the taste of this steak, it was to die for. Our orders came out promptly as can be with a steak, I am a stay at home who is constantly cooking. We shared a Caramel Pie slice which was so full of flavor and creamy. Our drinks nevered emptied niether did the those rolls. I know why they are famous. We spent an hour and fifteen minutes relaxing to the music, conversing about life in this great atmosphere, had a few quick conversations with the staff and management stopped by to check on us had a pleasant experience with him, I hope I remember him correctly...Mark? Anyway, it was the General Manager of the restuarant. Not once did we feel rushed, they seemed geuinely happy we were there. We recieved a little coupon at the end of the night, so we will be returning in the near future. Again an awesome experience in Prattville, Al.....Thanks KLeverman
