Petit Plumbing

I wish I had read the reviews prior to doing business with this company. I called about a small leak in my rental unit. They told me on the phone it was $65 to diagnose the problem with that going towards the work should they have to fix anything. I gave them my credit card number over the phone with the understanding $65 would be charged and if it was anymore they would let me know. I was told by another contractor there (first Atlantic restoration) it was a duct problem not a plumbing problem and they could tell by looking at it before the plumber even got there. 3 days later Petit Plumbing charged my card $175 for what they called "tests" they had to run. They did not tell me they were going to charge me anything more than the $65. They took advantage of the situation and my card number and I will never use them again and tell my story to anyone that will listen to prevent anyone else from having to go through this.

I called them out for a simple lighting of my hot water heater. They charged me $175 and couldnt light it, told me it needed a $600 part (the water heater didnt cost that much) and I ended up lighting it myself.They tiik my money and provided no service. THEY ARE RIPOFFS IN MY OPINION !!!!!
