I bought an X5 a couple years to go and must say that I was quite pleased. The car was several thousand dollars cheaper than anything I could find-for a car of the same model, color, spec, and mileage. However after I took it home I felt like I got somewhat duped. There were a couple of 'patch ups' that you really don't notice until you've really gotten settled into your car. Like stratches in which some type of product was used to mitigate the look in which over time became apparent. However I am still quite please. I saved 8-9k easy. I'd take a few dings for that. Oh. And they gave me the car on an empty tank!

I spoke to Pierce the day before I came in and told him what I needed after calling all over town and other places giving me crazy prices for a what they change for a tune up. Pierce told me to bring it in and he would take care of me and he did. He even found out I needed and additional coil and since it was going to be a few minutes longer he offered me the keys to his car and some money to get me something to eat while he try to find the best price. To me thats real customer service some of you big chains, FireStone, Meineke etc. Could learn a lesson from this young man!!
Best mechanics I have encountered by far. Fast, efficient, and their customer service is excellent. They are more concerned about the customer's wants and needs rather then racking up charges like firestone. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Ask for pierce and you won't go wrong!
