I purchased a Chevy Tahoe and Rodney was the sales man he was very helpful and make sure that everything worked out so I can get into the vehicle and I absolutely love it. Everyone that was there was very professional and very helpful.

This is my first ever google review and I want everyone to know what occured.:

This gentleman, Chris Pio, owner of Chris' Auto Clinic, has our vehicle and was supposed to get us an "ESTIMATE" for a totaled out vehicle. Instead of a normal diagnosis of one hour he's attempting to charge us 17 hours for a estimate for a totaled vehicle attempting to charge us $1,700!!!!!!!!

Our own insurance agent told us this is the highest estimate ever in ALLY History.

Do not take your vehicle here. Don't walk away. Run away as fast as possible. Someone you can never trust. On top of that when talking to my employee he hung up the phone because he realized how much he was trying to take advantage of us.

I had wonderful experience at Chris's auto. They were very helpful meeting all my needs. I would recommend them to anyone. George P

Excellent customer service! Fast and precise. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I went down on a Thursday to look and was in my new car by Saturday.

THEY ARE CON ARTISTS! NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLES THAT THEY SELL. ITS FUNNY HOW IVE POSTED A - COMMENT ABOUT THEM UP HERE PREVIOUSLY AND IT MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED!! THE +ARE LEFT BY THEM. DONT FALL FOR THEIR LIES! YOU WILL END UP SENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A PIECE OF CRAP! GO TO ABC AUTO IN NORTH HAVEN. LOW MILES. NICE CARS. ANYONE CAN GET FINANCED. I LOVED THEM. HONEST AND RELIABLE THERE.

I came to this dealership with my kids a few months ago and we met the owner and two salesmen They where very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He searched online for a van that was both affordable and really fit my growing family. I am a very picky person and he had a lot of patience. We bought a 1997 Chevy Venture very clean inside and out, it had minor things that had to be fixed which we expected as it was used van. It runs great no issues with it.I think the people writing these horrible reviews need to re think the service they really recieved.

Ok so how do you write a review on a car place... I walked around the lot at the inventory and wasnt impressed. I went back in about two weeks. Went inside and saw an 07' Honda Accord. It was in good condition, minor repairs which I expected because most of the cars here are used. I asked to drive it, went and picked up my wife. I lost the car to my wife lol aint that the way. Needless to say great place to find a car expecially if your on a budget. That is all.

This is my second time buying a car from here. I am happy with way the staff handled my financial situation. My credit is horrible thanks to a divorce, so I never thought I would get approved for another car. While I was there they offered to buy me lunch.They got me approved and I was def in shock. I picked my car up the following weekend. Didnt get to meet the owner but my car is great just really needed an oil change.

This business isn't even worthy of one star. Unfortunately, I can't review them without giving them at least that. These are the most obnoxious people on the face of the planet. They are rude, condescending and dishonest. PLEASE do not give them one penny of your money.

I purchased a car here and its been a pain in the *ss they are the worst ever all they what is your money and they act nice but as soon u get the car something needs to be fixed and they start avioding you and the manager is even worst. They were working on my car employee lost their phone and they stared harassing me asking for the phone even dared to say that I stole it when I would call for service they would bring up the subject about the phone they are so unprofesional they should dhut them down I'm sure their are so many storys not hear I invited people to shared their stories so that we can avoid this company that all they have is losers that don't have any idea of what customer service is. I'm currently suing them. So many headaches terrible even cryed of anger don't buy a car here this is the hell dealer ship they are fishy tricky after ask for certain amount for down payment they dared the day they were giving me the car to as for 300 dolares more my husband really wanted this car so he give a check which we cancel because of the bad service again don't buy a car here I would never ever what to see these people I would give money to take them out of business.

STAYYYYY AWAYYYY!!!!!! Wouldn"t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! SO UN- PROFESSIONAL!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Dont know how this place stays open!!! They seem nice at first but once you give them your hard earned money ITS A DIFFERENT STORY!!! They sold me a car without having possesion of the title!! Who does that??? so they took my money and made me do all paper work and i couldnt take my car home!!!! Every day they told me to call they did this for a WHOLE WEEK!!!! then they finally admitted they didnt have the title!! I couldnt take my car home til a week and a half later!!!! they offer 30 day warranty BUT THEN EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR REPAIRS!!! That THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FIX TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!! You call and they always put you on hold I tried to talk several times with the OWNER AND HE AVOIDS YOU TOO!!! They are AWFUL I LEARNED THE HARD WAY I HOPE OTHERS LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND AVOID ALL THE HEADACHES I HAD! ALSO KNOW YOUR RIGHTS THROUGH DMV!!!!!! Im still in process to have them fix what they agreed upon on PAPER! I hope this helps otheres!!! I wish i SOMEONE WOULDVE WARNED ME!!!!!!!!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Just not what a good car company should be awful never again stay away, GOOD COMPANIES WILL CALL YOU OR SEND YOU A NOTICE, BUT THEY NEVER WILL, READ WHAT YOU SIGN they never will give you the common courtesy



They don't want nothing but your money money hungary people, I owed $300.00 on my car that's it $300.00 and the repoed it without the common courtesy of a call not that they had to call but when you deal with dealers who value reputation and consumers they will atleast send you a letter before they just come take your vehicle. This company never once contacted me nor will they. The other issue they sell WORTHLESS cars! Car has more issues than a little



I will never ever refer anyone to this comapny ever not worth it don't know what else to say stay away far away cars are high mileage & I never trusted them to do any work on my vehicle.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHRIS'S AUTO SALES THEY ARE THE MOST UNTRUST WORTHY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!
