Our salesperson West Dukes was great to work with. He helped us find the perfect car at a price we could afford. It is rare to find a car dealership that exhibits such honesty and integrity and has a genuine concern for the customer and not just the sale!
I bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 from this dealer on December 6, 2016. After a month of having the car I was having motor problems and the owner informed me that I was over my warranty period by 500 miles, so there was nothing that he can do. I brought it to a Chrysler dealer to have the motor fixed and they found extensive damage under the car. The crossbar, radiator, AC condenser , were all badly bent and damaged (almost as though someone drove over a huge rock or something) The seller should have informed me of the damage. If they inspected the vehicles or at a minimum, did oil changes, he would've known of the damage. I feel that the seller of the dealership damaged it because he informed me that he drove the car for six months before selling it to me. I don't believe it was the previous owner of the car because they put hundreds of dollars of aftermarket parts on the car so why would they damage it and Not have it fixed after putting all that money into it! And even if it was the previous owner of the car that damaged it, the dealership owner should have been aware of the damage when it had an oil change done!! I did inform the owner of the dealer ship of the damage on the car and he never responded. Chrysler told me that it would be $1600 to repair the damage. I should not have to pay that, having just bought the car two months ago. And those carfaxes don't always help because not everyone reports damage to their vehicle so if an accident wasn't reported it's not gonna show on a carfax. So bottom line is, DO NOT buy from this dealership because you may end up buying a car with a bunch of damage or even a motor problem like I had!!
This is my first ever google review and I want everyone to know what occured.: This gentleman, Chris Pio, owner of Chris' Auto Clinic, has our vehicle and was supposed to get us an "ESTIMATE" for a totaled out vehicle. Instead of a normal diagnosis of one hour he's attempting to charge us 17 hours for a estimate for a totaled vehicle attempting to charge us $1,700!!!!!!!!Our own insurance agent told us this is the highest estimate ever in ALLY History. Do not take your vehicle here. Don't walk away. Run away as fast as possible. Someone you can never trust. On top of that when talking to my employee he hung up the phone because he realized how much he was trying to take advantage of us.
I had wonderful experience at Chris's auto. They were very helpful meeting all my needs. I would recommend them to anyone. George P

Really found my daughter a great vehicle. It was hard finding something in my price range safe for her and even harder getting me financed. Farmington auto park did both. Very happy
Helped me after I had to be towed by AAA. Fixed my truck in a few hours for a minimal charge. Also gave me a ride home in-between. Pleasant, knowlegdable, experienced and reasonable. What more can you ask?
Like all sheisty used car dealers we know we have to look out for crooks. Well this place is beyond . Right when you think hey this guys not bad not knowing the whole rear end is held together with jb weld. Started to leak after I wire brushed the paint . I braught the truck back and showed them . They assured me it will be fixed . What do ya know more JB weld and they sprayed it with paint. Scumbags , do not recommend this crook to anyone
