Dinardo Contracting

Dinardo Contracting or Dinardo Roofing are the same company. 3 years ago I paid Rick and his crew to install a simple rolled roof on a small townhouse. I've had several issues with the installation. I have tried repeated for over 18 months to have Rick or someone on his staff to repair the roof. If I'm lucky enough to have my phone call returned, I'm given a "hard-luck" story about why they haven't called me back or repaired the roof. Meanwhile my house leaks water every time it rains.

I finally gave up on their awful company and had to hire someone else to fix the roof. $750 later and now it's fixed. Turns out the roof wasn't installed correctly.

Absolutely the worst customer service from a contractor I've ever experienced. They shouldn't be in business. Do not give them money... their warranty and word are worth less than mud.
