Jane Hurst Velez has been practicing clinical psychology in Central Illinois for 21 years. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and earned a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology in Chicago. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, she earned her Masterâ??s Degree at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Dr. Velez was born Jane Ellen Hurst and raised in Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Her education in clinical psychology and life experience in marriage, relationships, and loss of a spouse to cancer after 16 years of marriage, and raising five teenagers as a single mother and business owner, has given her the opportunity to help countless couples and families.
