Pine Grove Mobile Home Park

The owner of the park is a miser. Our home is sinking do to pour grading of the property and they want us to pay for the improvements. The retaing wall is failing behind our lot and they are telling us it is our responsibility, even though we have rented our spot for ten years. Not to mention the tweeker's



that live in the park and the numourus cars that come by bumping their stereos. I would strongly recommend you do not move into this park. If I could give rating of less than one star I would. I am strongly thinking of moving my home to a different park. I forgot to mention that if you try to sell your place or if you fall behind on rent they will over you $1.00 to $5.00 for your place, but they have a home for sale that they refurbished for$75,000. If you are smart do not make the same mistake we did. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
