RUN away from this place. They are not professional at all. First of all they had told me that "WE ONLY USE OEM - AC DELCO or MOTORCRAFT PARTS" when we repair your vehicle. They explained that they didn't want to have to deal with customers coming back under warranty to get things fixed again so they "DO NOT USE CHINESE PARTS." This is a bold faced lie. When my car went to the auto body shop to repair damage from an accident he informed me that the AC compressor was leaking, and to my shock that it was a Chinese cheap part. I showed him my invoice and said that for what I paid at Ice Cold Auto Air, he would have done the same job with OEM Motorcraft parts.



Next I went to Ice Cold Auto Air to discuss my situation with the owner and he refused to speak to me either on the phone or in person, and had his staff threaten me with calling the police.



They had already replaced my compressor once under warranty (likely because they used a Chinese part then too) and wanted me to pay more than I had paid originally to have every other component of the AC system fixed (many of which they already had replaced).



I had even brought the van back in during the cooler months complaining that it air wasn't blowing strongly or cold only to be told by their main diagnosis guy that it was too cool and that he couldn't find anything obviously wrong so I should bring it back another day. In the past year I have spent at least 6 days at their shop trying to get my AC working right.



Bottom line, go elsewhere. It is not worth the trouble or time dealing with this business. You will be better off in the end.

I drive for a living...and Steve has kept me on the road. This place has been there since I can remember. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
