Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very professional, friendly and helpful - the rep that picked me up outlined a map with an alternate route so that I could avoid I-4 traffic and get to my destination on time. I really appreciated the extra effort; keep up the good work Enterprise! I will be calling you again when my family is in town and will need an additional car for a few weeks!

The process was extremely efficient and the staff was excellent! I rented on a Friday night and even though they were very busy, it did not take long at all. The return process was just as smooth! I will rent here again for sure!

This is our 7th year coming to Orlando and I have definitely had my fair share of horrible experiences with rental agencies anywhere from terrible customer service, being completely rude and pushy about added options, all the way to physically taking someone and pointing out damage on a vehicle prior to leaving the airport. In my full honest opinion the line of customer service from this agency is incredible. All the way from the counter until you leave the lot. The staff is very courteous and never tries to push for any additional upgrades or insurance. After leaving the counter you get to pick out your own vehicle, sign, leave and its that simple! I have used several agencies here at the airport and from now on I will only use enterprise!
