Terrible company - they do not back up their work - failed inspections because the glass they use is not stamped tempered nor provide you with any specs on the glass. They give you a price for install $600+ but then they don't install the unit when they arrive - then tell you it was a trip charge and the install was just a courtesy - so they don't have to give you back any money that they required up front then didn't preform the work you paid for. Pieces of the equipment package are missing and they will charge you again for it (like a timer). Once you give them a deposit the Senior Account Manager Stephanie Miller is out of the picture - will not communicate with you anymore when the order all falls apart. Find another reputable company - because this one isn't one.
