        Do not use this company, our c...

        Do not use this company, our car was towed by this company. When we called to find out why, the guy on the phone had no clue as to why the car was towed. We inform the guy we would be there by this time and we get there and had to call this guy so many times it's not even funny. Finally the guy answers the phone and said he is on his way after sitting out side for 20 minutes or so. If you have a place of business you think they would have a receptionist or something. Very poor customer service!

        We explained why your car was towed very clearly in our first call with you. At the request of your HOA management, your car was towed for being illegaly parked on the grass of your townhome. It was early sunday morning and our office was closed. Vehicle releases are typically done during normal business hours. We doing you a favor by meeting you on a sunday. If that's poor customer service, I'm sorry to hear it...
