Sauna
Infrared sauna in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis. A pilot study showing good tolerance, short-term improvement of pain and stiffness, and a trend towards long-term beneficial effects. There is a correlation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a component of gram-negative bacterial cell membranes and (RA). This study The effect of far-infrared radiation therapy on inflammation regulation in lipopolysaccharide-induced peritonitis in mice used LPS to stimulate inflammation and tested FIR to see if it reduced inflammation/symptoms. (FIR) did reduce inflammation. I research (LPS) and its relationship ( arthritis and LPS ) to specific diseases. Conclusion: a carnivore diet combined with FIR and NIR can be used as a natural therapy to reduce symptoms or disease progression – and maybe the elimination of (RA).
