Don't ever order to from this Marie Calledars's!
The Manager and the hostess need customer service training.
The wait was too long and there was no one there.
The food was "so so"

First off they gave me a raw hamburger and clam chowder smell and taste like chicken soup and we I ask for a refund the Manager said the have to email corporate office the receipt and I should get a refund and this place smell bad need was the floors

Sunday the first of Nov. 1, 2015, my mom and I dined for brunch. We had great food and Fantastic service by our server Beatrice. Later Kim, one of the managers stopped by to make sure that all was well with everything and chatted a bit with us.

My mom had the Pot Pie combo and I had the Magnificent six breakfasts. I did not have my mailer birthday card for my free slice of pie, so after speaking with Lolita the GM for this location…all became possible!

Thank you So much for Great customer service with a smile! We will return and tell others ;-))

First off,terrible service,wait 6-10 min for a seat in an empty restaurant? Ok ,restrooms trashy,food? Had to send it back. Only good thing there ? Was the beer.

Ok so I called in a order and the girl acted irritated that I wanted the total, she put me on hold for about five minutes, then someone else picked up the phone and asked if they could help me I said I was waiting to find out the total and then she told me because she already knew what I was waiting for I think they were just hoping id hang up,



So then I get my order and the atmosphere is laid back a manager greeted me after a couple of minutes in a ho hum manner and then pointed to were I could pick up my order, then when I got home my ribs were disgusting, stringy on the top, the bone looked like it had been soaking for days, and the top pilled of and their was this gross salvia looking thing that clung from the bottom to the to gross, I tossed it out, I will never ever go their again



And I think how ever gave this restaurant a good review probably works their

The service is terrible, my husband and I attended dinner at Marie Callendars in Ontario, Ca, on Friday 1/8/10 around 8:30pm. She brought our meal which was a mess and it was just a sandwich, she never brought us napkins nor asked if there was anything else we needed. Wait it gets better.... As my husband and I sat there we noticed a checkbook on the floor under our feet, when our waitress came our way my husband notified her of it, we assumed it was from a previous customer because it was not ours. She picked it up and started to go through it, she liked the pen and insisted on keeping it, all this while the manager was only a few tables away watching the whole thing. The manager seen I was upset because she couldn't deliver napkins to our table as I asked her earlier so he told her to deliver any dessert of my choice compliments of them, ha ha ha did you think I wanted to stick around for dessert? and mind you there were only 3 tables occupied in the whole resturaunt, now we know why they had no customers. So if you are missing a pen from your checkbook check with the waitress who was on duty!!!!!

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE VISTING THIS RESATURANT. THE BRUNCH WAS FANTASTIC. THERE IS A GOOD TASTE ON THE FOOD PLUS A LOT OF FOOD THAT I'D NEVER SEEN IN OTHER RESTAURANTS. THE SERVERS WERE REALLY KIND AND GOOD. THAT IS WHY THEY DESERVE TO GET FIVE STARS.
