Went to Luxe tonight arrived at 8:15 p.m. was welcomed in and seated..at 8:45 was told it was the lat call for food..the Manager then came to our table and asked for is to pay now at which time I declined because I wasn't finished with my meal. I informed get that I would pay when I'm done eating.at that tint Tracy the manager became very hostile telling me her cashier has an emergency and had to leave. I felt that that was not my problem since u was a paying customer and I knew they had to have a back up cashier in case of such emergencies. She Tracy became so in raged and insisted I pay. I left there knowing that I would never come back considering my family and I go there at least once a week. This place use to be a awesome seafood buffet but it has totallyy dimished.. I will not tolerate being talked down to by someone that is unprofessional as she..I later thought maybe she insisted we pay before our meal was complete because we were Black and she was white ������������
Bright, inviting atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff, and great food. Overall a great dining experience for a buffet.

Food is amazing. Waiters can be a little bit better but over all I go all the time.
1st Visit was great, the food was great, 2nd visit the worst ever, lobster was dry and small and fly bake into my lobster. John didn't do anything and under his expressing seems like I put the fly in the Lobster. Bad and worst service. Health inspection will be visiting them soon.
They should have more servings of ice cream. The chow mein is really good. I like the different variety of foods. The orange chicken is a little bit too sweet. Everything has good seasoning. I really like the ice cream.
