What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and LOTS OF LIES! We were lied to about all the luxury amenities that would be available soon. 4 months later, none of that was provided yet we are paying for them. Maintenance staff have zero knowledge about their jobs. Nothing is truly repaired. Everywhere you step on property, dog feces and lots of it. The original manager is no longer here. Was she fired or did she just leave? That was months ago. We still do not have a manager overseeing. The leasing agents are rude and unprofessional. For the price of rent, it's completely not worth it. We were lied to about moving to a first floor apartment. First it was ours and then we were told the owner decided it was going to be a model apartment. After we moved to the 2nd floor apartment, a family moved into the first floor apartment we were promised. We were then given the option to move to another 1st floor apartment after my husband complained but at our own expense. The management staff kept postponing due to "water damage." After a little investigation, I found out management completely lied! There was a vandalism which consisted of setting carpet on fire in the oven, destroying all of the interior and then purposely flooding. The apartments were destroyed. We were not given keys until the day of move in & they never showed us the apartment as requested. Our services & utilities were transferred & movers were hired, however the apartment was not move in ready. It smelled strongly of smoke & chemicals through entire building which burned my lungs while morally breathing, cabinets were not installed, the wood floors were not installed right and large gaps are in the floor between panels & apartment was filthy. Do not move here. You will be very disappointed and feel very cheated if you move here. This place had the potential to be very nice but failed hugely.
