Southwinds Apartments of Moore

One star is even to good. This apartment is bought out by another company but it's still not up to code. Took them years to get the mildew out of my place and it's still not all gone. Kids broke in and the lady refuses to paint over the graffti they did. She blames me. Ceiling wants to come down and they refused to fix even though it was caused by the AC unit. There is missing floor tiles in the kitche as well as bathroom they won't fix. Dishwashers hasn't worked in years and they refused to fix. Oh, she tol only a hand few of people saying if you renew your lease you can have a ceiling fan or carpet cleaned. I asked her about it after I already renew ( had no choice, trying to find another place) and she refused to do it. She is very hateful and mean. She doesn't even want neighbors talking to each other. Don't LIVE here. I am trying hard to move out!!!

To start out with she is real hateful an optimistic attitude toward the tenants that rent There, She Dosen't stay up to code on the apartments and the property.

In other words, if a month-to-month tenancy began on the 15th of the month, it should carry through the 15th of next month But she does not do that. Some times when the renters pay like two days early, like if there work check doesn't follow right on the first of the month it follows on like two days early and they wont receive another check

till like two weeks after the first so the tenants will go ahead and pay two days early she thinks she can terminate your lease just because once out of the blue moon you pay two days early. in actually you pay her on time the first of every month.

And she is really mean to kids its like she hates kids she does get jump on the kids around here if they are out side like a normal kid would do. and she came real close of getting hurt from the kids parent it took all there might not to hurt that woman the parents would have to jump on to her some kinda bad. to all of us around this south winds apartment we think she hates kids that's all there is to it.and she has a bad problem kicking out the renters for no odd reason you sing a lease for 6 months that's all you get she will not renew your lease she never does on any one if they are good there or bad there.

and she goes through more renters than any apartment place i ever seen in my whole life.

don't go out side your apartment and talk to any one to her its a crime she said its not allowed.well close for now i have more to say but who ever you are don't rent there and they are a company that's out of town you will not find them any located on the internet and oklahoma no where but i have made a complaint and we are tracking the owner ship down and the apartment is not up to code we as me and the laws found out why they are hiding they are not up to code on the property.
