        Roach problems , cought a little over a dozen mice with glue pads, and now we have bed bug problems. Other neighbors are having the same problem and the management refuse to fix the problem. At night time you can hear the mice scratching on the ceiling wall. Every time we turn on the bath tub on brown water comes out for about 3 seconds.
