Babb & Company

I have renting from this company since oct. I don't have cabinets I have a leak in the garage all the windows are no good air coming through cold air I'll call her numerous times and she has sent numerous people I heard they come out look around so I could be back and never come back I don't know what to do next I paid my rent on time since I've been here but this is only time haven't paid yet cuz I don't feel like I should be paying rent at a place well I'm paying 625 a month and I can't get nothing done my house is not secure if you go to one of the back Windows pushed one of them and it will fall right out because its was so old I called her numerous of times and she just telling me the same thing she get somebody on it so I'm going to pay my rent tomorrow and then see how we go from there but I'm really getting tired of this

We have been without AC for 8 Days and She has sent out 2 different repair men 1 she fired and the other said he knows bare min about AC units. When i call i get attitude from her and she has told me if i continue to call she will get me for Harassment, she is the management to Babb & Company, and i have many issues that need addressed that Ive called about the last few months and nothing has been done. Terry use to be the management and he never fixed the issues and now our AC has gone completely out and I have 5 children i need AC. she acts like its a hassle to do her job, i went to pay my rent Saturday and during that time i was explaining to her what we need and she started talking about her Phone and it not working right, i fixed it and asked if we can continue our convo now so i can get back to the house before the plummer i had to call come and fix my pluming.
