Backstage Limo

I had my wedding on Aug 22nd and the itinerary I provided them had them picking up the bride and myself along with the groomsmen to the church on the morning of my wedding. I provided them with an update as far at time goes on when they should pick up the groom and the grooms party the day before.They decided to not pick up the bride and only picked up the groom and his party? I requested a refund for half of the limo charge but they refused and told me it was my fault! Please do not give these people your business, they are extremely unorganized and their customer service is horrible based on their response to my refund request.

Find some other vendor for your needs that are more organized and established.
