Am Nails

They were very nice, a very comfortable environment. They are very good with solar nails, and one of the few places I've been that can do the types of designs you see online. Very good experience!!

The lady was very cold and unfriendly until the very last of my m mani-pedi (for tip reasons I'm sure.) She butchered my cuticles and blamed it them being dry. I get regular manis and have never had more then one cuticle bleed, she caused 5 and they hurt so bad.

This place is Awful! Worst service I have ever had! They rushed me through to get to the next customer and didnt do a good job. I asked for them to fix the paint because it was really bad... even my friend who was with me complained and said it didnt look good. The guy working was nice and fixed it for me. Later that night it was still wet, why, I do not know? How can it be wet 6-8hours later? It was! Iwas sticky and if you even slightly pushed on it, it would smudge. So of course that night when I slept it rubbed off in my sheets! I couldnt believe it. I called the next day and asked if I could be in later that week to get it fixed and the nice guy said yes that was fine (I have a full time job and I am a mom to a 1yr old) I couldnt drive 30mins OUT OF MY WAY to get there the next day. So 2 days later I went in and of course it was my luck that the guy was not there. So instead the OWNER was there. She refused to fix my paint and claimed it was my fault! She raised her voice and yeld at me infront of everyone, demanding that I pay to have it fixed! Then her employees started to talk about me behind my back and started laughing at me. It was soooooo embarassing! I was humiliated! It was their fault not mine. We are talking about stupid nail polish and how dumb to argue with a customer and belittle them when it was their fault! Not mine! FINALLY after I get upset and stood up for myself while they bullied and harrased me infront of everyone... shes says she will fix it. So the girl who originally painted my nails and rushed through and did a poor job, was the girl to fix my paint! go figure! While I was sitting there with a red face and trembling because I was so upset... I literally started to cry! I mean who wouldnt? I was embarassed and humiliated infront of everyone and honestly I should have walked out and not put up with it! One of the ladies working there looks up sees me crying... and starts laughing loudly! She continued to giggle to herself for 2-3minutes! I am absolutely flabbergasted with how I was treated! I still can not believe it! Please please do not go here! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! These places are a dime a dozen! There is a better one right down the road! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I got a really good pedicure. The tech did an awesome job and I loved the little extra things they did like the salt scrub. I love my color and design and it has really lasted. I will definately be back.
