The only reason I gave a four star, has nothing to do with Javier, he actually resolved my issue with the company. However, Brian who claimed to be a sales Rep. Lied to me about an install date, and also, put some lady on the phone and said he never told us anything we stated. To me that is a liar, and That salesman does not deserve my business. My husband and I had been extremely clear that we are disabled and needed our carport delivered by a date. He was the one, who promised this date and we went with Brian because of him, claiming how fast it would be installed. So for salesman issues. Brian i would never deal with.

Javier on the other hand, he and his guys installed the carport, as fast as they could after they heard what Brian had done. The professional job was amazing... The carport is beautiful and the men did a great job. Javier said they would be here on this date at this time and they were here. Javier, you stood to your word, and to me that means alot.

Javier made my buying experience smoothly. I tried other companies and they all wanted a deposit over the phone, Javier didn't ask for a deposit it only took about a week I bought a 12x40x6 the installers where friendly and I could not believe how fast they installed such a big Carport. I recommend Javier to any one who needs a Carport.
