This "company" does the shoddiest work and did not stand behind their warranty. Avoid using these people at all costs.

The worst job ever on screen room. Do not use this contractor. Customer follow-up and warranty work does not exist.. Do not return phone calls.

I recently had my back porch screened in and was very happy with AlumaTec. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time. The workers were professional and polite and did not leave a mess like the last company I used for my siding. I was told that AlumaTec was bought out last year and the old owner wasn't the best to work with. If my experience is any indication, I would say the new owner is doing a really good job. I highly recommend this company!

My elderly mother contracted with these people to put a screen in room on the back of her house.four months later they had not even pulled a building permit. When I make it clear in writing we wanted a complete refund of the 25% depost money.and complained to Discover Card .... Then they pulled the permit and came out to put up the screened room. With the first heavy rain , mom had leaks at the Super Gutter.6 - 8 calls later a crew showed up to caulk At that time I complained about the instalation of the windows she had purchased from them the year before and they re-caulked them while at her house. Several rain storms later , water is still leaking and now between the roof on the house and where they attached the roof for the screen room to the house. I have made many calls and told we will get a call back but no one will return the calls . Writen request go unanswered . -- If your looking for Windows , porches .....
