Falvey's Motors Inc

My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from Falvey's In Norwich. TJ is great, and so is the owner of the dealership, but we had an issue with an employee that works there! We had a jeep lease from them which we were told to return it to Falveys after the lease was up. My husband called ahead and set up to drop it off this past Monday. When he arrives no one would come out to officially read the odometer for us to verify miles, so the owner came out to do it for us, but one of the employee's made it a point to pull my husband aside while waiting for an odometer reading. This said employee told my husband that you... "really f*cked me over, by not buying that car from us". So ...Back story We were going to purchase a used vehicle from their dealership because our lease was up but when it came down to paperwork and purchasing said vehicle they were not going to offer use any type of warranty unless we paid extra, so we of course walked away. Since we walked away from said deal, this specific employee confronted my husband during the drop off of our lease vehicle and said my husband really "f*cked them over." I have never heard of such a "professional" person in sales talk this way but I can confidently say we will never be back to this dealership again as long as this employee is still employed there.
