Back in 2012, I bought a Honda Odyssey and up until a couple of months ago, I was so proud of the deal I received and the service up until that point. I took a tire in, that needed a patch because of a screw that was 1/3 in from the edge. The service rep told us they didn't feel comfortable, about our safety, in patching it, then priced a new tire for us and would call us when it came in. Meanwhile, being in my 40's, I have had quite a few tires patched in my younger days, couldn't believe that the tire couldn't be patched so I checked with another dealer and they agreed there was nothing wrong with patching the tire. I also found out from the Fowler Parts department that the tire the guy tried to sell me was $50 less than what I was quoted.



Now, with all the recalls going on, we don't want to take our vehicle back to the original seller, and now that I am starting to look a few of years ahead at vehicles for my daughter, I don't feel comfortable buying another Honda and her having to take it there. After 2 months, I still get upset everytime I think about it.

Do NOT take your car to Fowler Honda for service if you value your time and money. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I gave these guys EVERY opportunity to mitigate the situation and they DO NOT CARE. I took my CRV in for service to have the oil change and the 27 point inspection done. Well they said the car looked great and that there was just a small drip in the oil pan that they should fix. I said great, let's do that and paid them $500 to fix my car. When I got the car back it was UNDRIVABLE. This is a much longer story than I can fit in 4000 characters but bottom line is they got $1400 out of me and the car still runs worse than when I took it to them. I am writing this in the hopes that other potential customers will not be taken advantage of. If you want to see the full story check out my yelp.com review.

The salesman immediately gave us a bottom line price that was well below factory invoice. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Fowler Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Great experience

I went with my daughter to look at some Accords and was very pleased. My salesman was great, their inventory was really great. We were debating between a few colors and they had all of them in stock so it was easy to see them side by side. The finance department took really good care of me and was surprisingly fast. I bought an accord ex this morning and could not be more satisfied. Thank you for your patience and follow up, fowler Honda!!!! I look forward to doing service here, too!

Overall

Just bought a new Honda Accord last Wednesday evening. My salesman was awesome. He worked until we got what I had in mind on payment/deal. I am totally pleased with the service there. I had bought a Honda at another dealership previously and thought I would go back to them because they were nice the first time. Second go round was not good and Fowler Honda was better than either times at the other place.

I recently bought my 2012 Honda civic at Fowler Honda, and absolutely love it. I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. My salesperson was very attentive to my needs and wants in a vehicle and they gave me a great price. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family looking for a vehicle.

Listen, I just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport(my second Accord) from Fowler Honda and had the best car buying experience. I had shopped online and they had the best price locally which was also very straight forward. I had mentally prepared myself for the battle that we all know buying a car can become. To my surprise and tremendous relief, it was easy! I was greeted at the door and asked my name, the salesperson then said "very nice to meet you, i've been expecting you. Your Accord is pulled right up front for you" That was it I was done. If you are in the market for car do yourself a favor and call Fowler Honda!

It's a long story, but in the ...

It's a long story, but in the end we were misled into buying a lesser car than we requested with the belief that factory navigation would be installed. We are paying for that car, but did not get it. General manager Dallas tried to rectify the situation, but in the end we are paying for a CR-V with navigation and -might- get the money back from Honda Financial in 3 years! How is this fair?



FOLLOW UP: I've not spoken to anyone at Fowler since writing this review, but Honda Financial has applied our $1700 refund toward our lease payments instead of holding it as a deposit. This was what we wanted to have happen, and I suspect that g.m. Dallas got wind of my reviews and made it so. I am ambivalent about whether I will continuing doing business with Fowler, but I do appreciate the efforts by Dallas to address our grievances.

Very good experience! Brought the car for minor service. Service was quick. I had a very good discount with a coupon. Still they treated me nicely and gave some good advice on simple staff I could do myself. Was considering air & cabin filter change and they honestly told me cabin filter was fine. Considering that it was obvious I knew little about cars I was quite impressed actually - that they didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed.

On a side note I liked the new building, too.

If I told my best friend, I would say that I don't think they provide knowledgeable service on your car if it is a hybrid, maybe they do okay otherwise. Also, being a 57 yo woman with grey hair and overweight, I think I was not really appreciated. I ended up buying in Edmond at Bob Howard, something I did not want to do; however, I got a better price and the salesman and financial guy were just doing their jobs, but they did them with respect. I really need to take my car in for recalls, oil change and my electrical system for the hybrid part, but I don't want to take it to Fowler. Makes it difficult having to go to Edmond.

Poor service is all I can say.



I bought my Honda here 3 years ago and have had it serviced there multiple times. After having three very bad experiences with their service department I will definitely not return and feel like a rube for ever spending money there.



Suffice it to say that their service department is very poorly managed. Expect to wait several hours for something as simple as an oil change, even during a slow day. It is simply a very poorly run garage.

Do not buy a Volkswagen from them!!!

High pressure sales, not fair on trades, take too long, non-friendly service, and they cannot get the best financing rates from VW Credit because they are not an Infinity Dealer. Shop the other place in town for better financing, better pricing, and most of all, a fun car buying experience with friendly people.

Avoid this dealer!

I would strongly urge everyone to avoid using the auto shop at this dealer. I am not highly knowledgeable about cars, but I do not about customer service, and they truly lack the latter. I took my honda to the dealer to correct an issue with the A/C and a vibration in the car. The mechanics their refused to fix the A/C problem despite the car being under warranty and when I raised the issue with them, they basically told me to shut up and leave. I have worked in retail for a long time and no that the way they treated me was entirely unacceptable. If you have a choice for where to take your car for repairs, choose another auto shop.

Good Stuff

Friendly atmosphere. The old school building is a little nastalgic upon entering. I bought an Accord through the internet department. The price quoted was good. When I arrived, my sales person was knowledgable and I didn't have to re-haggle the price I was given. The total time I was at the dealership was about 2 hours which included my time in the finance department. I have used their service department before I purchased my 1st car from them and have been happy with the service I received. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM FOWLER HONDA IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER!!!! they will screw you out of any money you came in with and sell you things you didnt even need without telling you. "JUST SIGN THIS IT'S JUST PAPERWORK WE HAVE TO HAVE" they will say, stupid me i spent $4000 on insurance honda already covered on my 7yr 100,000 mile warranty. so fowler just pocketed my 4 grand. car buyers beware and run from their finance team!!
