My husband and I had a great shopping experience here! Landon Bri helped us find the vehicle we wanted! The only negative part about this and all buying experiences is when it comes to negotiation time. If you don't want a bad buying experience, please know your credit score. know BBK value and what payment it should get you at and don't agree to anything that is outside of your comfort zone. If you fail to do that, you will be over charged, not only here, but anywhere else you go!
2017 cars priced 10k above competitors with savings. Does not honor the GM family program, does not allow for military discount be stacked on top of savings. Not forthcoming about cars in stock, in order to upsell the buyers. Sales representatives unclear about discounts and rebates what they're applied to or where they come from. Walk away. Dec 16th 2017
Service dept. was excellent. The service writer looked at the problem and said no charge . I ordered the part and will make the repair myself.
I went there to get my car worked on at Landers, the service guy was nice, but seemed like hr didn't want to call me back when I left a message to see when the car would be finished, I dropped it off Saturday, git a call for what was wrong then had to call him 3 times to see when the car could be picked up, I would give less stars but can't. I will not go back there again.
Never go here.. completely unprofessional. Rude .. pushy.. absolutely bad customers service. Bad vehicle not taken care of ..

Their salespeople were exceptionally rude. Way worse than any other dealership I've ever been to, and there are some bad ones out there. I wouldn't buy anything from them.
We were looking for a rare vehicle that we were very specific about. I contacted the dealership, had our finance application completed and the black book for our trade in completed and ready, Jenifer suggested we come on Saturday ( this was Wed) because of childcare and driving 2 hours. We spoke on Wednesday, Friday, and our entire drive Saturday. During our drive she was emailing me that they were waiting on us, where to park, who to ask for, etc. Once we got there we were told us that they sold the vehicle that was being held for us that morning and had not told us during our entire 2 hour drive so we could turn around. He offered once to help us find a different vehicle and once I told him no we were very specific and that was the exact vehicle we wanted he just sat there and never offered a thing. No one ever called or emailed me to apologize, followed us out to apologize, there was no offer to atleast pay for our gas because of the inconvenience which was completely avoidable.
