Although I did not purchase my Kia from Big Red, I moved to Norman recently and took my car in for an oil change and diagnostics as my check engine light was on. There have been a few ongoing problems with my car because the problem could be caused by multiple things, but the service team has been spectacular! I have had to take my car in several times (as I travel on the weekends and although the check engine light has been on, it is safe to drive) and each time, everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Patrick, in particular, has been beyond kind. I don't know much about vehicles, so he always takes the time to explain what's been found and what else it could be, what needs to be checked next, etc. I left my car at Big Red over the weekend this week so they would have more time to pinpoint the problem, and I recieved a call this morning that everything had been fixed. The staff is great. Any time I take my car in for anything, I get it back detailed and hand washed. They also happily fix any minor aesthetic changes I ask for, like removing a dealer decal and scrubbing some factory glue off a hard-to-reach spot in my back window. Overall, the service is excellent and the people at Big Red know what they're talking about and are happy to do whatever needs to be done to satisfy the customer and care for your car. I won't take my Kia to anywhere other than Big Red.
We had previously bought a 2012 Charger from Russell last year so we knew exactly who to come to and how great he was at his job. When we got in, Russell was with a customer but he immediately set us up with Stephen Allen to start looking for the car we wanted. Both Russell and Stephen were totally familiar with the 2014 Charger inventory at the dealership and we wasted no time finding the exact Charger we wanted. We worked a deal in what seemed like no time and got out of the dealership with everything accomplished. Manny in Finance helped and walked us through all of the finance paperwork and explained everything to us as we went through it. Then after explaining to Russell that we would come in the morning to go through all the delivery items because we were all exhausted, he set us up for first thing. When we arrived this morning, Russell walked us though every feature on our vehicle and Stephen found us to make sure everything went as we expected from David Stanley's exceptional service. I would and do happily refer car buyers to Russell Jackson and will now tell them to see Stephen Allen if Russell is not available. I have always hated car buying in the past but with these two salesmen and David Stanley, it was a virtually painless experience. We will happily come back and buy again.
I purchased a vehicle at David Stanley on Labor Day and Ron Ake assisted us. He and his manager that day were exceptionally helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the high quality of service that they provided. Last night, 10/13/14, I returned with my daughter to look at a specific vehicle for her. We didn't particularly care for the car we came to see, but Luther Thompson, who was helping us, and his manager, Jerry (sorry don't remember the last name ) worked very hard to find us a vehicle that suited my daughters needs. Again, both men made the experience very pleasant and painless! My congratulations on having a sales staff that is second to NONE, and a facility that is very nice!! Everyone, especially Ron and Luther, were very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. They worked very hard to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase, and at an agreeable price. In the future I will tell everyone I know that the best experience I have EVER had purchasing vehicles was at David Stanley Chevrolet, and I will tell them to ask for Ron and/or Luther. Great guys!! Obviously, you can expect all of my business in the future as well.
