Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

DO NOT use Ideal Image!!!! I spent almost 10,000 dollars, and it did absolutely nothing! I had more than the prescribed amount of treatments, they refuse to refund my money! I went additional times after my treatment but because they do not communicate between practicioners or listen to their customers ended up with a terrible reaction. I was covered in welts and luckily did not receive scarring. I spent 3 days in anti-scabbing ointment and aloe due to the burns. Their office was not open as it was over a holiday weekend, I was scared if there would be irreparable damage. Even after all of that, they still refused to give me any of my money and I am still making payments to this day!!! They have no integrity!
DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!! They replied to this acting as if they would rectify the situation, only I was woefully mistaken. Led on for months!! No resolution!!! I am the bigger idiot for trusting them! Patricia Haly said she would help, did absolutely nothing. They say whatever they have to for a sale! Lie, deceive, manipulate, whatever it takes! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Or you will end up humiliated and taken advantage of like myself. Also, do not be fooled by these replies, they do this for PR not because they actually plan to help or take care of you!

When I went for my consultation they said laser will work perfectly for you! And I asked what if it doesn't work, they said no way, it will work for your hair and skin color!! What a big lie and a waste of my money!!!!!

I started with two areas, Brazilian and upper lip, upper lip success is 0%, Brazilian success is 70%. When I realized that the upper lip isn't working, I called many times & times to get a hold of manager and of course they always wasn't available and never returned the call. After a month I finally got hold of her and she said okay we’ll give you one area for free, so I chose my underarms and success rate is 70%.



I hated the lies, they should’ve been up front about the results. I also hated that you couldn't reach a manager or someone to help when you have a problem. It is amazing when you are consulting, they are always available and within reach, after they get your money.. forget about it!!!!



The only good thing about the place, the technicians were nice and I was always in and out within 15 minutes.

Do not go to this place. They rip you off big time! They make you pay more after so many visits. There is nothing permanent about it. Your hair grows back after a year.
