If a manager is going to make sure her employees are doing their jobs, she should first make sure she is doing hers. Writing employees up for things such as being late and missing deposits, when you did the same thing only worse is not correcting bad habits. That is fear-mongering because you were afraid they would get you in trouble so you got them all in trouble first. If you consider that good management, then good luck to you and your store. You will absolutely need it. Maybe you need to consider they didn't want to do their job for a manager who wasn't doing hers.

As the store manager of this location I have been with the company for over 8 years. I was brought in to replace an incompetent manager, retrain the staff, and bring things back up to company expectations. I did my best to be a fair but firm manager. Unfortunately, the former employees were set in their bad habits and refused to change. If making sure my employees were doing their jobs is considered bullying and haraasment, then I guess you could say I "bullied" and "haraased" them. What it really boils down to is the fact they didn't want to actually work for a manager who wanted them to do their job.
