I recently called to speak to a manager, when I was told that the manager was busy,I explained that I can wait on the line or call back at a better time, to only have been hung up on. I thought it was a mistake so I called back to only have a different rep answer and do the same. I was not hostile or angrily toned, just a bit confused and left dumbfounded.
