Lovella Salon

I went in for highlights that were to be done in medium sized even panels . The stylist ( Cynthia) started out by parting my hair and I explained that I wanted medium sized streaks. The stylist was distracted from the start,shewas consistantly texting in btwn applying the cream, there was no conversation she was extremly cold. I sat in the chair alone while she stood with her eyes peeled to her cell as if she was in a trance. It was about 30 minutes into the color being applied she checked and said sit under the dryer it will take better. I sat under a dryer but it began to burn I called for her she came over and sent me to be rinsed this was the beginning of a nightmare. My hair broke off in the sink they needed to cut close to 4 inches off and add layers. I went in with shoulder length hair and left with a bob. If this was not enough they had the audacity to request my tip to be made in cash only and added $75 for the cut. I would not reccomend this salon !

Lovella is the only salon that gets my hair the right shade of blonde and I have been to my share of salons. I always leave feeling confident and that is truly hard to find.
