I am absolutely in love with my new CR-V! I needed a new car and my boyfriend told me to check these guys out first. Their reviews on here, and other websites, were really good so I really felt like I could trust them. The car itself was spotless, the previous owner definitely took great care of it. Andy, my salesman, said that's type of cars he tries to get to sell to his customers. They aren't trying to buy a cheap/junk car at some auction and turn around and sell it for top dollar. And it really shows, my 2008 car looks like it's a brand new car. I took the car for a test drive and it felt like it pulled a little bit to the right so I let Andy know and he said no worries, he'll take a look at it and do an alignment. (And he did!) I bought the car that day because it was perfect for me and the service and honesty I got from Andy really sealed the deal for me. I wasn't available to come back to pick it up for a week and Andy said that was fine. When I came back to pick up the car everything was all set for me; it was registered, inspected, my plates were on, AND it was running with the AC going! It was completely ready for me to drive away. I seriously can't say enough positive things about this experience! Buying a car isn't always fun, especially when you are replacing one because of an accident but Andy, and the whole Ralph's team, really made it easy for me. Thank you again!

Awsome service, honest ,verry professional. Great place to buy a car. I always do my oil changes there. They always get me in as soon as possible. I hope they will always be there.

UPDATE: Oh the airplane noise is the rear differential. It needs to be replaced because the previous owner beat the crap out of this truck. GREAT!! I just found out the story behind the purchase of this GMC. I was told that the truck was owned by an older man and it was MINT upon purchase. Well, turns out a man named Lebow previously owned this truck and traded it in because...THE REAR END WAS BAD. Best part of it all? Andrew KNEW the rear end was bad and sold it. Then he left me a lovely voicemail blaming me for breaking the truck, stating that I took it mudding. Shady, dirty used car salesman!!



If you are thinking about purchasing your vehicle here, turn around and RUN!!! You will be told whatever you want to hear so this man can make a sale.





I purchased a used GMC Sierra on December 28, 2013. Since that date, I have had a wheel bearing break, the transfer case went, it constantly burns though oil, the front brakes squeal, it smokes, the check engine light came on for the knock sensor, I now need back brakes, and a rear caliber. I contacted the owner, Andrew, regarding the truck and he stated that my warranty was up and did I expect him to fix this all for free? He kept repeating that I purchased a used pick up. Yes, it was a used pick up. I know plenty of people who have purchased a USED pick up and don't have nearly as many issues as this. Especially not within 3 and 1/2 months. The vehicle is an unsafe lemon and should have never been sold in the first place. If you want to save frustration, time, and MONEY I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle elsewhere.
