        Overall

        Don't EVER do business with this guy. I went in and asked for a small piece of 3" foam (about 20 inches square) with a cutout for my tailbone. He said he would charge me $5, so I said, "Fine, go ahead". He came back out with the foam and I gave him the $5 and he said, "no, it's $35". I refused to pay of course, and thought I was being generous by offering him $15. At which point he started screaming and cursing at me (F--- you and numerous others). I picked up my old piece of foam (that I had brought in to copy the cutout) and left. This was my worst experience of any kind since moving to this area from California almost 4 years ago. I'm ready to move back after that.
