Jewelers on Main

My fiance and I walked into Jewlers on Main on a whim, looking for a ring for me, since we couldn't find one that we really loved in any other stores. We were instantly greeted and helped by the store owner. The store is clean and well kept, not to mention the really amazing section by the window where they do all their own repairs etc. We had great customer service and every small question we had was answered. We finally found one (of their own designs) that we both really loved. Not only that, but we ended up finding the perfect wedding band for my fiance there, too! It ended up being a custom order and it turned out exactly how I imagined. I am currently waiting on getting my custom band (they designed for me) soon. Compared to quotes I got from other Jewelers, for my band, everywhere else was almost 3 times more expensive than Jewelers on Main. If I have any jewelery needs in the future, I plan on giving my business to these local people that do such a great job. Give them a try!

We have been this the store on several different occasions and each time everyone has been very friendly. We have made a purchase and are in the process of having a ring made. I have been to other jewelry stores and have not received the warm welcoming as I did here. I will continue to do my business with them.

I went to this store today, very friendly. I am getting watch repaired and they answered questions even before I asked. I can't advise about price because I'm waiting for estimate, but I was very impressed with friendliness. and would highly recommend. I will comment again when I find out about price and may give it 5 stars.

Service was horrible. Little old lady made not attemp to be helpful. Selection was almost non-existent and the prices were way to high and hidden. No special to speak of. Constanly had to ask for the prices.



This place looked like it could use some paint or something. Felt like I was in the 50's I know they have been in business a long time, but come on, do something, anything to improve the place apperance an decor. Go somewhere else where you feel welcomed and the place is more inviting. Plus price are aparent and not hidden.
