        I would like to apologize for the bad review I gave this company. The owner did not deserve the fact that I was having personal issues at that time and did not mean to lash out at her.



        I knew before dropping off my sofa that the company would be closed for several weeks for a scheduled vacation and the owner did contact me upon their return. I have done business with them again and had satisfactory results. Sorry for the bad review before.

        Overall

        Nice repair but took 3x longer than promised and maintained frustrating radio silence. Owner promised my piece in 2-3 weeks but took 9. The real frustration was her failure to communicate. My calls were either not returned at all or returned with promises that weren't kept.
