Do yourself a favor and look around for other people's reviews of this business on the web before you bring your taxes here. Short story is, they filed an extension for me in April and then could never be reached. I had to get duplicates of all my paper work and hire someone else to do the taxes prior to October 15th. I ended up getting hit with penalties and interest charges only because of the lack of professionalism and customer service at Income Tax Inc.
