I’ve been a customer of Rich before and needed some work done on my nephews car before he headed back to Dallas with his wife and children, Rich got the car in, fixed it and at a great price in the middle of the Holidays! I’m a lifetime customer !

I have a Lexus, I sell cars and even I get nervous when Getting a quote from a mechanic because half the time you don’t know anything about what your getting fixed and you have to blindly trust that you aren’t being lied to . Well My muffler fell off, my car had to be towed and I heard Richs auto care did good work so I had AAA drop my car off. Not only did rich fix my Muffler PERFECTLY he only charged me $650.00- the quote from a dealership was $2000+!!!!! On top of that when I arrived he had the best customer service and attention to detail I have experienced in 21 years. He also let me know my struts were bad and may need to be replaced soon . I am actually about to call him and set up a time for him to fix my struts now but I wanted to leave a review that reflected my fantastic experience with him and his business. 10/10 would recommend him to a friend, family and anyone I know who need some work done. Keep up the awesome work rich!
